I’ve held several positions throughout the past 9 years, working with infants/children/teens. I’ve been a babysitter. I’ve worked in two church nurseries working with infants, toddlers and young children. I supervises, provided basic needs and even conducted age appropriate educational and developmental activities. I have been a substitute for IDEA public Schools for all grade levels. I have also worked in a shelter for unaccompanied alien minors (most teenagers), supervising, attending to their needs and leading them in activities as well. I worked at Tropical Texas Behavioral Health as Case Manager working with 3-17 year olds to help reduce symptoms of mental health disorders such as ADHD, ODD, Mood Dysregulation disorders and more. I have also been a Special Education Aide at a high school as well as a High School Teacher. My educational background and work experience have given me a broad set of skill to work with children. I love it. It’s a passion of mine. Especially working with those that need extra attention and help to grow and develop.
