Welcome to Room to Grow Daycare! We offer childcare for families looking to provide their child with a loving and safe environment that’s just like home. At our home daycare, our goal is to help children learn important social, emotional, and behavioral skills that prepare them for a successful and happy future. We focus on a variety of Reggio Emilia Inspired and Developmental Play-based activities to cultivate an environment of learning and curiosity. Jenna is an amazing teacher and role model. She is super fun, upbeat, warm and dedicated. She does tons of activities with the kids including arts, crafts, storytime, practicing counting, colors, sensory play, and outdoor activities (when the weather permits). She works with families whose children need physical therapy and speech therapy, even going so far as to participate in the appointments and communication between the providers and parents! Each day she texts pictures to the parents, telling them what the kids ate for the day and the kinds of activities they engaged in. She also includes pictures. She provides nutritious snacks and meals. Her approach to her business and parenting is the same: let the kids have fun and be kids while providing loving, safe, and supportive guidance. We love Jenna to the moon and back and would recommend her to anyone seeking the best childcare in the Portland Metro.

At Room to Grow Daycare, our home daycare is designed for play, creativity, and learning! Within the space, we have a backyard, an art area, and a reading area to create a comfortable environment for all of our activities.

We are located in a quiet Portland neighborhood just around the corner from a park. Located off be 33rd and killingsworth. Our family-oriented neighborhood has convenient street parking and accessible freeways.
