With plenty of indoor and outdoor space, our home is perfect for children of all ages. Children love our spacious backyard! You’ll find them swinging, playing house or simply enjoying the sun and fresh air.

Our neighborhood is a strong family oriented community. We’re right off the 405 making for an easy drop-off and picks up. We can comfortably accommodate families living in our commuting to the following areas: Van Nuys, Panorama City, Sherman Oaks,Reseda, Northridge and Lake Balboa.
