Kay's Day Care Daycare

Caring for children is my choice of profession. I run a child-centered program that focuses on the individual needs of each child. I will do my best to keep your child safe, happy and to fulfill his/her needs for social, emotional, and intellectual growth. Please come to me with any questions or problems you may have and I will work with you to make daycare an enjoyable experience for your child. We use the Creative Curriculum in our child care because it offers choices and encourages flexibility. Learning is mor enjoyable and satisfying when planning around the child's discoveries, accomplishments and opportunities to build relationships and learning through every day routines and experiences. It helps me to choose materials and plan intentionally while still having the flexibility to plan for and support the early learning and development of children in our program. I live close to the elementary school. I have a large fenced in backyard. We go outside as much as we can as it makes us all happier. I am very flaxible when it comes to my hours and I am open to consider evening and weekend care and have done so in the past. Currently my first child comes at 6:30 am, but at one time first child came at 4:45 am. Lots of laughter, hugs and happiness make for great days of learning.
