My name is Bria Monroe and I am the Licensee of Monroe’s Family Childcare. I am a native to Pasadena, CA and currently reside in Temple City. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of California, Merced. During my undergraduate career I took courses on Child Development and learned about the different domains of development. I applied those same skills in a therapeutic setting working as a Child Development Specialist. My role as a CDS is what gave me the interest to become a License Family Childcare Provider. I created and implemented treatment plans for exceptional babies from ages 0-3 and had the opportunity to build great rapport with many families. Parents have expressed the overwhelming feelings they have about transitioning their babies into daycare, and would inquire about referrals to local daycares. Once seeing the demand for Childcare along with the compassion I carry for children I decided to administrate a family childcare home. All parents can be confident in my skills and nurturing style when their child is left at Monroe’s Family Childcare. I look forward to learning more about your child and family.
