Precious Little Heartbeat Childcare provides a fun learning environment and has been serving families in Los Angeles since 2002. Our daycare was founded with both parents and children in mind. We continuously strive to help families with their busy schedules, so we pride ourselves on being able to accommodate any time families need child care. Depending on their age, children will participate in one of our three programs revolving around science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM), which helps children learn in their natural environment and develop critical thinking skills. We have served over 100 families from all different backgrounds who all have been treated with care, respect, and open-mindedness.See all program details
With over 10 years of providing child care, I personally understand the struggle to find a reliable and trustworthy daycare provider. I sought out to fulfill this need in my community by opening my own in home daycare service. I’ve worked as a state preschool teacher in the greater Los Angeles Area, and hold a Site Supervisor permit which qualifies me to oversee child care operations and curriculum. My experience in education and child care service grants me the opportunity to best serve children and families. It’s truly the best and most rewarding job!
My wonderful daughter, Micaela Walker, is my amazing assistant director. She’s been teaching at Precious Little Heartbeat WeeCare for 6 years. Micaela has become skilled in teaching infant, toddlers, and school-aged children. She has studied Child Development at LATTC in Los Angeles. She loves to have the chance to help children grow in their education and it warms her heart to see the children smiling each day!
Our home induces a feeling of coziness and warmth. The children have access to age-appropriate books and bins fulls of toys. We’ve remodeled our outdoor space so children can enjoy the fresh air while they play. It’s a calm environment where the children can be themselves and focus on developing their inner curiosity.
Our neighborhood incorporates the element of diversity which you can see firsthand the variety of local eateries and small businesses. We’re close to Los Angeles Trade Tech College and USC. We also have convenient access to the 110 and 10 Freeways.
