My name is Bailey and I am a positive, loving, empathetic, reliable and loyal young woman who has always had a passion for loving and educating children and creating the best nurturing environment for them to strive in. I am currently a preschool teacher and have been for over 5 years now. I am really looking forward to changing that up a bit by working closely with a family I can grow with. I have years of experience with all ages from infant to school age. I have the most experience with preschoolers (ages 1-4). I also have experience with special needs children, children with speech delays and other developmental delays. Some of my favorite things to do with my students and/or children in my care are creating arts and crafts that resonate with our theme of the week or interest, reading, cuddles, and singing and dancing. I earned my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Child and Adolescent studies from Bowie State University in December 2019. I am also preschool certified, CPR & First aid certified (in baby’s and adults), Medical Administration certified , emergency preparedness certified, nurturing a child self esteem certificated, and basic safety and health certified. I currently do not have my license but I am on the journey to receive and still have reliable transportation. I look forward to speaking with you and good luck on your search
