Looking for a childcare in the Mt. Vernon, westchester NY area. 1-2 child care provider needed.

I have a 1.5 year old in need of care in home or daycare for at least 12 hours/ part time. In addition to a 9 year child with special needs that needs to be taken off the bus from 3:15 and care for until 6:15pm part- time as well. Looking to start asap.
