Yes, small business owners can apply as of this week. Check with your bank. I believes CARES act was passed last week. Small business owners can apply one week later. 0 Likes

I found out last night on a webnar in the state of New York if you are still open but have lost kids due to the virus you are eligible for both loans, Disaster Grant and Unemployment 0 Likes
