Welcome to Bright Childhood Weecare! We believe in the value of play as it is the most significant mode, allowing their minds to immerse in our educational activities. My daycare is the best because we work hard to build relationships and trust with parents as much as we do with your children. Our primary goal is to offer your child a safe, loving, and nurturing space to learn and grow. We believe that children learn best when they feel safe and loved.See all program details
I have always known that I wanted to work with children, I love working with children because it is rewarding to watch them grow and prosper over time and I’m very grateful to be able to contribute to their learning and development. I worked at LAUSD public school since 2010 before I opened Bright Childhood care. I knew I wanted to run my own daycare since I graduated from college. Kids are fun to work with, working with them makes me feel good about myself; it’s not stressful although it comes with enormous responsibility, it’s also a gratifying job. My prior experiences have shaped who I am as a daycare owner. I graduated from LACC; I have a certificate in child development, including infant and toddlers, children with special needs and, school-age children. I also have a California State Teacher Permit.
I have two teaching assistants, Hasmik and Lusine, who are very patient, kind, educated and professional with all the children.
I pride myself in offering our children and families a clean and safe environment. I use my living room for the daycare. There is plenty of space for children to play with toys, dollhouse or blocks and I also have a designated area of the library with a variety of books to read.
Our daycare is located close to Thai town near a couple of schools; Los Feliz Elementary and Melrose Elementary school. We are also near Griffith Park and 3 minutes away from the Red metro line.
