Program
Hello, we are Thrive and Nurture, an In-Home Boutique Daycare. Our goal is to ensure children reach their developmental milestones by offering fun and educational projects and play-based activities.
Our teaching style is a combination of Dewey, Gesell, Waldorf and Montessori which we believe is a necessary mix for the success of a young child.
Our Mission is to Provide:

-Creative and holistic education which emphasizes art music and emotional development
We believe this diverse education fosters a love of learning, done in a nurturing and patient environment.
Our director has a professional nanny and preschool teacher background of 10 years. She has found that every child and family are different which is why there is significant focus on what the child and family need individually. We believe this is what makes our program unique.

Teachers
As a dedicated childcare provider with over 9 years of both nanny and preschool teacher experience, I am devoted to providing children with the tools they need to thrive and succeed.
Aside from my professional experience, I have acquired a First Aid, CPR, CBest certification, and Early Childhood Education units that exceed minimal requirements. I am an advocate of teaching and providing both educational and intentional play activities designed to develop children's' psychological, emotional, behavioral, and social skills.
I have worked with multiple families that have children on the spectrum and have experience, working alongside ABA therapist to make sure that the child gets the adequate care that they need.
Throughout this time in my career, I have learned what it is that families truly need from childcare providers. I have spoken with over 75 families about their desires for their child as well as the service they look for. I believe that each child is different, however one thing that remains consistent, is that each parent wants a loving environment for their child, where their child can thrive and be nurtured. These things combine is what makes THRIVE & NURTURE unique.
