Program Welcome to Gunawardena Family Daycare! We specialize in providing your child a home away from home. Our experienced caretakers have decades of experience in child care and will always be able to meet your child's needs. We've never once had an unsatisfied parent or child, and we plan to keep it that way.
Teachers I first opened my doors to families in the Pasadena region back in 2003. Making the transition to a full time care provider was a relatively natural one as I had previously worked a daycare elsewhere in addition to being a preschool/kindergarten teacher for several years. I’ve also earned a diploma in Montessori Education and Child Development credits. Most of all, my passion for taking care of children is timeless and I'm grateful to have made meaningful contributions to families through my service.
Tuition 
Location Our single-family home is a place of joy, laughter and learning. Children have access to age-appropriate toys along with outdoor space to get some fresh air and play.
Our Altadena location provides an exceptionally safe learning environment for your children while providing easy access in and out of the premises. We’re situated just across from Elliot Middle School and among other local businesses and eateries.
