Welcome to Brilliant Tots Home Daycare! We offer children a supportive and friendly environment that’s just like home. At our home daycare, our goal is to help children learn important social, emotional, and behavioral skills that ensure they reach their developmental milestones. We develop the groundwork for a strong foundation in learning by engaging in Developmental Play-based activities. We know that schedules vary, and we have options for part-time and full-time care. Aileen Alcazar Hernandez - Director
Aileen is a California State University of Long Beach graduate with a Bachelors degree in Human Development/ Child Development. She volunteered her time at CSULBs Child Development Center which helped her gain her experience in childcare and child appropriate activities to promote cognitive, social, emotional and social physical development. She has ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapy training and has experience working with children with disabilities in a school setting.

Sebastian Hernandez- Director
Sebastian is an experienced director with over 6 years of experience working with children in childcare. He is committed to providing the highest quality of childcare.

I have professional experience and certifications in First Aid and CPR. My childcare experience enables me to focus on age-appropriate activities for children to encourage their excitement for learning.

Linda Alcazar- Assistant
Linda is my assistant and shares my commitment in helping families by providing the best child care. Her training and achievements include First Aid/ CPR training, child health/ safety class, and child nutrition. Being a mother of three children was her biggest inspiration for becoming a dedicated full time caregiver.

Brilliant Tots Home Daycare is a home daycare that develops curiosity, creativity, and learning, in a secure and safe space for your little one. We also have a nap room, art area, and a reading area to promote a stimulated atmosphere where children can learn through play. We have after school pickup services for schools in our radius of Pico Rivera and Downey.
