Program Here at Learning Ladder, our motto is learning, laughter and lots of fun! We provide a loving, caring, educational environment for your little ones. We encourage and support their individuality and promote their curiosity in exploring and learning new things. Our goal is to provide opportunities designed to expand their language, cognitive, physical and emotional development and help them build important social skills. Our program continually work to ensure that children are happy and feel safe in our comfortable, clean, nurturing home away from home. We not only fulfill their needs but partner with parents to create lasting relationships that turn into friendships. Hello prospective Learning Ladder daycare families, my name is Nicola, I have over ten years’ experience in childcare and I have four beautiful children of my own. I enjoy caring for children and watching them blossom into beautiful young people. I’ve always known I wanted to work with children but pursued another career until I decided to open my own home daycare. I have not regretted that decision; it is truly an honor and a very fulfilling experience working with them. I feel very fortunate that they are entrusted in my care and I show them love and patience in return. Also, I have made great friendships over the years which I enjoy.
Currently, I am certified in First Aid/CPR, BLS, early childhood education, and I am member of the Medical Reserve Corp.
