I believe each child is unique and children are our future. My goal is to give children a secure, caring, and stimulating environment in which they need to grow and mature. I believe it is so important to have a routine each day for the children, so they do feel safe. I recognize the importance of play; it is the basis of learning in my daycare. I would like to develop strong partnerships with the families and we work together for the growth and development of their child. In my daycare, I take trainings and create an environment that helps the children attain physical, cognitive, social, and emotional achievements preparing them for the next step in life. Watching children blossom, grow, and become responsible little individuals who believe in themselves is one of my greatest sense of pride. We use the Carols Affordable Curriculum and Redleaf FCC Curriculum to plan for and support the early learning and development of children in our program.
