Shirley's Child Care Daycare

Shirley's Child care helps children lean and develop by providing a home environment in which children have oportunities to choose activities. I also offer a preschool porgram where both group and individual activities are encouraged. Using this approach, children are free to explore, a freedom that helps develop a positive attitude toward learning and the world around them allowing them to grow and develop social, language, cognitive, physical and motor skills in the best possible way.I use a play-based approach to plan for and support the early learning and development of children in my program. My program is unique because I have been a childcare provider since 1975, and providing licensed childcare in Shakoppe since 1978. In the past few years, my husband has been my helper when not driving school bus. We have four children who grew up childcare and ten grandchildren. I believe that my many years of experience and training help me to provide the quality, loving, nurturing care that every child deserves.
