Welcome to Cristel’s Family Child Care! We offer children a caring and warm environment that’s just like home. At our home daycare, our goal is to help children learn important social, emotional, and behavioral skills that ensure they reach their developmental milestones. We focus on a variety of activities to offer a diverse education which fosters a love of learning. We are open from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, and offer care on M - F. I am an experienced care provider with over 15 years of experience, and I am committed to providing the highest quality of childcare. I worked as a Aide on Ventura County, I worked on Lemon Grove Elementary School in the TK and K Special Needs Area.

With my certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Early Childhood Education, I balance safety, education, and fun, to equip children with the tools they need to thrive and achieve a bright and happy future.

I have a Bachelor Degree in Science of Education.
Special & Behavioral Education experience.
Child Development Curriculum.

Not only will your child be cared for, but your child will also learn to speak, read and write in English and Spanish, and will be prepared for when he or she takes his or her school route for the first time. Our activities are based on the psychomotor and psychosocial development of each child, always focusing on the fact that each one of them is different in learning, because that is why we implement group and individual strategies.

Location

Cristel’s Family Child Care is a home daycare created to encourage curiosity and learning in a clean space. For your convenience and safety, our home includes a driveway for parking. We also have dedicated areas for learning and activities that include a backyard, a nap room, an art area, and a reading area.

Our daycare is located on NW Bakersfield area 93314 family-oriented neighborhood with a park and near Del Rio elementary school. We're also only a few blocks from street parking.
