INFANTS

Is it normal that my infant's poop is green?

Parents! My baby’s poop is weirdly colored. What does that mean?

I wouldn't worry if your baby’s poop is green! I wondered the same thing with mine, but it turned out to be because she started eating solid foods. Any green food will discolor it a bit. 0 Likes

Hi there! In my experience, baby formula usually makes my babies poop darker, compared to when I breastfeed. You should only worry if it’s red, black, or white! Anything else is normal. 0 Likes

It’s the iron in the formula that causes the green color 0 Likes
