ISO a nanny or babysitter for a 3 yr old 2 yr old and a 6 month old.

We live in Opp AL. We prefer kids to be watched at our house. My husband and I work in Destin, FL at a busy restaurant and work the night shift either from 3 or 4 until close which is 10. This means that we won't be getting home until 12. Everything will be provided and we will pay 150 a week. I would need at least 3 references and I will ask for a background check
