I have been in early child care for over six years and have had the pleasure of working in homes one on one with not only children but the elderly as well , my career with caregiving began when I was 16 my mom was a Director of a school and invited me to come work for her. From there it was an instant fit and I then pursued a profession outside of the school environment through indeed , I got hired & watched over a adorable 3 year old girl and her playful 6 year old brother, there Mon referred me to a family friend and from there I watched over a sweet elderly woman for a year , fast forward I Became a teacher and taught at a private school in the 3 year old classroom , (although I do have experience with all ages because before I landed this job I was a substitute teacher working with kids ranging from newborns all the way up to 17 ! )
