I’ve been a sitter since I was about 12 years old. I started first babysitting my 4 smaller siblings at this time, I would cook for them, clean the house and their rooms, bathe and change them, as well as help them with any homework or learning activities that my parent asked me to do with them. As I got older I began to babysit my mothers friends from work kids. I babysit most of them starting from 6 months up until they were about 3-4 years old up until I left for college. I would do the same thing as well as far as cleaning, taking to the park, reading books or going over the alphabet and numbers with them. Followed their set schedules as far as napping and eating. I feel in love with helping people so I did go into a caregiver position for elderly when I got older. So I have experience with all ages from young to old. And I have always made a building connection with the children I watch and the elderly I have met.
