I am a Severe TBI survivor. As such I understand the patience and structure that comes with raising children. I believe in positive reinforcement for good behaviour not punishment for bad behaviour. I have a daughter 12 and son 10 and it is fun and rewarding to see them grow into empathatic responsible people. I coach my son’s baseball teams for the 3rd year. And my daughter doesn’t allow me to coach her soccer team going on 3 years also. LOL! I have been away from W-2 employment for many years due to my injury but I want to give others the opportunity to know their child/ren will be in the best care For this reason I am in searching to occupy some extra time while giving back to others in being a good role model.
