Profile I've worked and enjoyed teaching in the early childhood field for several decades. I've been a lead teacher in early preschool classrooms, substitute teacher and aid for the Chesterfield county school system and currently have an in-home child care. I've served many families over the decades those who are in college now and or having little ones of their own. The families I currently serve in my in home -child care have been with me since their little ones were 15 mos. old and will be going to Kindergarten this year! I love what I do! I pay attention to detail, safety, I'm reliable, fun, creative, loving, honest and truly believe that the foundation to a healthy, loving thriving child is built on trust, listening, communication, and love.
