Hello! So after getting my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and Paraprofessional I worked at the Child Development Center on the GFAFB from 2007-2016 mainly with preschool age and as a lead for a part day enrichment program, but the center was for 6 weeks to 5 years and I did work with other age groups as well. In 2016 I moved over to the Youth Center on the GFAFB until 2019. There I worked with school age children and was the leader of many clubs. I love doing projects/lessons with kids-art, stem, steam, reading, writing, anything really! In 2019 I switched to the Grand Forks School District to give the Paraprofessional role a try and I'm still currently there. I am not currently certified in CPR/First Aid, but have been many, many times in the past. I am currently certified in Childrens/Youth Mental Health First Aid. I didn't know how to change my tag-I believe it says Babysitter at the moment, but I would also put Private Tutor, (any home schoolers out there?) and Nanny possibly also. At the moment I am testing the waters to see what is needed and when.
