I'm a single mother to a son who is now 18 who I raised completely on my own. The fact that I still want to babysit after this shows how much I truly adore children! Most recently I enjoyed helping my sister by watching her 2 children (ages 2 and 8) full time during the pandemic for about 7 months. Beyond familial experience, I have worked with troubled youth at Indian Oaks Academy residential treatment center in Manteno from 2015-2017 and was a homeschooling nanny for 3 children from 2009-2011. I have held managerial positions at my non-childcare jobs over the years and even worked as a 911 dispatcher for a time. I am CPR-certified, drug free, and in perfect health.
