I have 7+ years of experience working/volunteering with children from ages 5mo. to 18yr. I thrive in caregiving and providing a safe, fun environment for kids of all ages.

I am currently attending Front Range Community College (Fort Collins) obtaining my associates in Early Childhood Education. At the end of this Spring semester (2022) I will receive my Assistant Early Childhood Education Certification.

My earliest experience comes from volunteering and eventually obtaining a job at my church. I gave my time there for 4 years. I gained all knowledge of infant/baby care through the church. This is the same with elementary students.

Currently, I work at the Boys and Girls Club of Larimer County. I've worked at 2 clubs the past 3 years. I have been employed with the organization since September 2018. I work with ages K-12th Grade. I have served as a Front Desk Coordinator to a Youth Development Specialist, to a Program Lead, and now a Program Coordinator. I have received many trainings through the organization that includes CPR/First Aid training and even Colorado State Shine Trainings in order to follow state licensing.
I currently assist two directors at my site as well as implementing all activities throughout the club. In absences of my directors, I serve as a lead. I have gained experience through behavior management, Social, emotional Learning, and much more. I also have experience with all types of parent communication on any updates on their child or any other important information shared.

I have gained and have experienced some of my toughest situations and have made everlasting memories with the kids I've worked with the past years. Through it all, I have managed to gain a strength and passion to serve any child the best way I can. My creativity shines through every encounter I have. I would like to say I have a child-like spirit that will live inside me forever.
