As the oldest of 4 siblings, I have experience taking care of my own brother and sisters in addition to my 1.5 years of experience at the U of I child lab.
At the child lab, I have learned to accommodate for infants as young as 3 months and toddlers as old as 4-5 years old. I have experience with changing diapers, feeding, playing, and putting them to sleep.
Additionally, my course of study is learning all about children, so I am well versed in the needs of children and families due to my degree program.
I am a junior at U of I with a 3.85 GPA currently obtaining my Bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Family Studies and two minors in social work and Latino studies.
Worked in the U of I Child Development Lab with infants as young as 3 months to toddlers as old as 4-5 years of age.
Have done research with children through my degree program.
