Profile I have a vibrant background in art and education, have demonstrable experience working with children with autism, and love to help foster creativity and mindfulness in children. I am a humanitarian, artist, lover of nature, and a friend to all animals. My background is in media studies, so there is always something fun and educational to watch or read if the kiddos are feeling quiet time, or if they are a curious type, I’ve got all sorts of lessons I can teach them that I have adapted from workshops I have taught in the past. My hobbies (which I would love to interest any kid in!) include hiking, fishing, bowling, collage, sculpture, painting, reading, cooking, baking, foraging, building instruments, making terrariums, analog photography, watching movies, and making movies (I have found that kids love to make movies, too! Especially when they are making a movie of something they have devised themselves.) I think I do particularly well with creative and curious kids, but I get along with just about anybody!
