Hello, my name is Ta’shay and I am a very outgoing creative person I love inspiring and supporting children I love helping out in general my passion is to be a fashion designer at dance teacher and a businesswoman which I am already in the process of doing each of these. My goal for myself is to be the best that I can be because nobody in the world is perfect nor myself, I just do my best and give it my all so that way the next future children in my life would learn from my mistakes of being better and doing better. What makes me a great caregiver is because I love kids, I always been around kids 24 seven throughout the day I literally enjoy the company of how they make me laugh and how I can always have them come to me and expressed to me of how they feel that way I can help with certain problems or issues that have been close to make a family home much better than what they need to be. I am a strong disciplinary person I do disciplines children when needed only when giving permission for certain things but I will not go above the limit of what the parent has asked me I do not put my hands on just children because that’s something I do not believe in but I do believe in putting a child in time out or having them write me a report I’m working on their writing skills on being a better person and why they did the situation they did. other than that, again like I said I am just myself and I just want this job because I love being around children as much as children like being around me.
