A lot of kids in my community look up to me and see me as a great role model. I am currently a fire fighter and do not have the beautiful privilege of having children of my own, however i love kids. I love talking to kids about my career and seeing the excitement they get when told stories about fire fighting. I am very active and physically fit, therefore love performing outdoor activities that can keep them entertained and healthy. Listening is also on my special skills and through my years of teaching fire safety classes at kindergarten schools one of the number one things I’ve learned is that kids have such a great desire to be listened to. Getting chores done and homework is one of those big things I like to emphasize to kids so that they can be successful and become heroes as well, is what I tell them.
