Profile My name is Abby! I am 24, and married to a wonderful man with an angel baby and an earth baby. I am the eldest of four siblings, and have always helped care for them. I have 5 years of paid professional childcare center and private nanny experience, 7 years as a baby sitter, and 24 years as the big sister! I still take continuous online education trainings pertaining to early childhood education. I love being a nanny because it gives me the ability to have 1:1 or small groups that are consistent with care, settings, and general routine. Being a nanny also allows the freedom for 'field trips,' taking curriculum and lessons slower, and to have continuity of care provided. I use a variety of teaching methods. I think learning how to understand, identify and cope with big feelings is so important so I love teaching mindfulness, and helping children learn to communicate their needs.
