I have degrees in Biology/Ecology and Exercise Science and Nutrition. I am VERY health conscious. I have extensive nutrition knowledge and believe living a lifestyle incorporating whole foods, stress management such as Yoga, meditation, energy healing, and mindfulness are key a healthy life! I currently run an online Energy Healing and Coaching Business part time. I love being around kids because they definitely bring out my silly side and I also believe it's a privilege to help raise them since they are our future =)
On top of that, I believe that all emotions and feelings that arise for children (and adults) are valid and am a big advocate for not shaming anyone for crying/being angry. I also try and keep the kids off screens as much as possible!
