Profile If you were to have asked me to babysit a child a couple of years ago, I would've declined the offer. However, after working with the After-School program at North Wayne Elementary, I realized how rewarding it felt to make an impact on a kid's life. While working there, not only did I help them, they also helped me! Working at North Wayne improved my leadership skills immensely and taught me how to properly work with kids in good and bad situations.
