My name is Jamey, I am 20 years old, and I love working with children. Since i was about twelve i started working with children. I started in the church nursery’s and kindergarten classes helping as a student Aid and then becoming a teacher myself and running my own class on Sundays. I also Nannied for a family every summer from 2013-2016, where I cooked, cleaned, and watched after two kids. My experience with children furthered more when I joined a group in 2021 called Discovery which is an after school care program for kids. It was an amazing experience learning how to care for kids in different ways and I did a lot of training on incorporating STEAM and received my CPR training as welling. I’ve also done many years of simple babysitting as well and became very close to the families. I truly enjoy working with kids and believe it’s all in teaching them young.
