I’ve been in child care since 2019. I work full time at a preschool while babysitting between multiple families. I love creating lessons/activities based on developmental level of the children I work for. I have lots of great references and I really just don’t see myself in any other field than working with children. I’m hoping to get out of working at a center and work with children independently vs. 4-10+ kids at a time. (State ratios vary based on age groups.)

I was a former lead infant teacher and have cared for up to 4 at a time, implementing lesson plans that was focused on development of the infants and exploration of the world around them. I currently work with toddlers. I hope to get more independent experience working with children in different environments too.
