I started out working in childcare at 17 years of age at local daycare. I started off as a floater, which allowed me to gain experience in caring for children ages 0months-5 years. After about 6 months of working i started working primarily with two year olds. At age 20 i transitioned over to childcare at a domestic violence shelter which provided me with experience working with children who had special needs, and experienced trauma.
