I have actually never been a "nanny" but have raised 2 kids of my own. Kids are what I do, love them and their families. This is way my whole nursing career has been in Pediatric.
We moved to Florida 3 1/2 years ago and I was fortunate enough to stay in remotely with the clinic/hospital in Illinois until this recent May. They really needed a nurse in the office so we had to severe our ties. I worked for the same facility for 23 yes during that time I was fortunate to receive the nurse exemplar award and also a Daisy award.
I have yet to find that next great fit, and I am okay if it is not actually "nursing"
I have a very flexable schedule and am not necessarily looking for 40 hour weeks
