I've been working with children since I was one! I started to volunteer with preschoolers at the age of 8 and served every week. At 13 I started babysitting for families at my church and by 14 I was employed as a childcare staff member working with children 6 weeks to 12 years. From 14 to 25 I taught curriculum, wrote curriculum, helped organize events and camps for the kids, did crafts and activities both indoor and out, I was trained on how to work with out special needs children, different methods of discipline and how to manage a classroom when you have limited help. I feel over the years I have experienced and seen many aspects of carrying for a child for a couple of hours to overnight stays for weeks at a time.
I love kids!! My entire life it feels like, has been devoted to caring for and having fun with kids!
