I have been a Career Nanny for the past 6 years.
I was an early childhood educator for over 14 years. Being a teacher was more rewarding and amazing than I could have ever imagined. I had always wanted to try my hand as a nanny. I mean if I can handle 18 three and four years old children all day, everyday, why not make life easier and focus on one or a few? I do not regret that decision. Being a nanny has opened up new possibilities for genuine and important one on one time with the children, I stayed home with my own son the first 4 years of his life. He entered his preschool at 4 already knowing how to fully read and write. He's now 25 and 6’3”!

I am rather patient,funny, loving, creative,dependable, quirky, reliable and efficient. The way I see it, a nanny is so much more than a babysitter.
With the right family I am part of your tribe.
As such I feel it would be very important to relate, communicate and work together as partners with you.

I truly believe in a whole child balance when it comes to daily activities. By this I mean the things children are interested in becomes a spring board to the best way to guide, inspire, teach and raise children. Within the course of a day there would be reading, play, writing, games, math, art, nature walks, lots of silly songs, science and technology. This goes for all aged children. I have experience with ages 3 months to 12 yrs of age. I am comfortable with children 3 months and older. I nannied an autistic 6 year old for one Summer. I have also taught multiple children with autism, on the spectrum, down's syndrome, add/adhd and every allergy you can imagine.
