After teaching English literature in NYC for 3 years, I was looking for a change in lifestyle so that I could spend more time outdoors and explore the passions that I had forgotten while I was preoccupied with my teaching career. Most recently, I was able to marry my teaching experience to my love of the outdoors by working as a snowboard instructor throughout the winter.
Whether I'm teaching English or snowboarding, I love working with children and fostering their growth.
